Cancel a Course


Rescheduling a course is only possible for Classroom Courses

To reschedule a course to another session​​

1. Click Reschedule next to the Classroom CourseResched.png

2. Click Reschedule to this session when you have selected another sessionReschedule.png

Cancel a Classroom Course

For Classroom courses, students must contact Course Manager to request cancellation if a Cancellation Notice restriction is set.

1. Under All Enrollments, Classroom courses that you have already registered into will appear hereAll Enroll.png
3. Click Remove CourseCancel Class.png
4. Select Remove Course again on the pop-up

Cancel an e-Learning Course

  1. Click Cancel Course under the course title on the registration recordE Cancel.png
  2.  Select Cancel Course to confirm cancellation in the pop-up window.

Cancel a Curriculum

1. Click Curricula 
3. Click Unenroll from CurriculumUnenroll.png

Note: If you have registered for any courses within the Curriculum, you will have to cancel out of the Curriculum Courses individually as well

Cancellation policy

The following policy applies only to courses that have a fee.

These guidelines are in place to ensure that those who must cancel their attendance at courses with fees provide adequate notice.

  1. Course cancellations are managed under the discretion of the Course Owners and their respective departments.
  2. In most cases, cancellations received up to five business days before the course date are refundable, minus a registration service charge.
  3. Cancellations that are received by the Course Manager within less than five business days notice before the start of the course may not be eligible for a refund.
  4. If you are unable to attend, you may send another person in your place. It is strongly advised that you contact the Course Manager/Owner to advise them of the change prior to the start of the course.
  5. The Course Owner reserves the right to cancel a course or program if registration is insufficient.
  6. If a course is cancelled by the Course Owner, a full refund will be given.
  7. Any questions regarding fees, payments and refunds for specific courses will be addressed by the Course Owner. For more information, please review the course details provided for each course.

If you have registered into a course with a payment, contact the Course Manager to receive a refund.
