Effective June 2024, the General Public account type was removed from the LearningHub. Those that have a General Public account can log in and update their account to align with a Health Authority they are affiliated with or the region they work within.
Definition of General Public for the purposes of LearningHub access: Patients, Families, members of the public not providing clinical care through a Health Authority or an affiliated health care facility.
Organizations that are affiliated with a Health Authority in the province of BC continue to have access and should select the authority they are affiliated with and the account type affiliate.

If you are unsure which Health Authority you may be affiliated with, please connect with your manager.
