BC Shared Health Services

Wave 1 of employees transitioning to BC Shared Health Services (BCSHS) will occur on LearningHub on October 23, 2026. This page provides important information about your LearningHub account, BCSHS profile access, and learning history.

​​​​When will the BCSHS profile be available?

The BCSHS profile is now available. Transferring employees will see BCSHS as one of their available organization profiles in their LearningHub accounts.​

Do I need to create a new LearningHub account?​

I already have a LearningHub account​​​​: You do not need to create a new LearningHub account. However, you will need to add a BC Shared Health Services (BCSHS) profile to your existing account. For instructions on how to add a new profile, please refer to Add health organization profile​.​​​

I do not have a LearningHub account:​ If you have never created an account on LearningHub, please create an account under BC Shared Health Services (BCSHS) using your health authority email or BCSHS email. ​Please follow the instructions here​ if you need assistance. 

If you are an Interior Health employee:

I already have a LearningHub account: You do not need to create a new LearningHub account. However, you will need to add a BC Shared Health Services (BCSHS) profile to your existing account. For instructions on how to add a new profile, please refer to Add health organization profile​.​​​

I do not have a LearningHub account: If you are transferring from Interior Health and have never created a LearningHub account, please create an account under BC Shared Health Services (BCSHS) using your IHA or BCSHS email. Please follow the instructions here​ if you need assistance. 

​Will my learning history transfer?​

Your LearningHub learning history will continue to be available when you access your BCSHS profile. You will not lose your existing LearningHub learning history when you transition to BCSHS.​

For Interior Health (IHA) employees, your learning records in iLearn will not be transferred to LearningHub. You will be able to access and retrieve your previous learning records in the iLearn platform.

​​How do I access my BCSHS p​rofile?

Once you have created your BCSHS profile under your account, you can switch between your profiles using the steps below.​

  1. Click on your name near the top right corner, then Switch Profile. bcshs switch profile1.png

  2. Click on the BC Shared Health Services (BCSHS) Profile you would like to switch to.
